Restaurant Design: Expanding the Bathroom

Jan 13, 2006 22:06

ddmerillat and I tried a new restaurant tonight: Lone Star Wings. It's a little strange to eat wings in a restaurant with a Texan theme. The real reason to write, though, is the hand-washing station. In a wing-centric restaurant, dirty hands are imminent. At the Lone Star Wings in Webster-currently the only location outside of Texas!-it's not necessary to go into the bathroom to wash hands. The faucets are motion-activated, which helps with the cleanliness. Even better, the faucets provide a strong-yet-smooth flow. The only improvement would be disposable brushes for scrubbing under fingernails.
