weds - dogfishhead w/ john, kate, brigid. Drink.
Thusday -  got tickets at Jaxx, stopped at Johns for a minute.
Friday -  WFH. John and Kate.  Flan omfg. Drink.
Saturday - Met Chelsea at the town square. Shared a Smoothie.  Saw THOR, UFO w/ my brother Nick

Iron Man Musical
I was in an Iron Man musical, and whomever is playing Tony Stark is singing some song:
"...I could be rich and touch the sky...I could be and wonder Lord knows why...!" and is dancing about. He wants to be cloned. I'm in a closet with a hidden passageway, observing this musical number.

Zombie
Was on a higherish ledge, looking down at a sort of gladiator pit. There was a huge beast, apparently a zombie, that was trying to get out of the pit and attack me. I was rushing all along the ledge. E and I saw Art Spiegelman give a talk at the Corchran on Monday, May 4.

It was very interesting, as he talked about history of comics, adding in how he understood it and particular events or aspects that affected him. A portion of the content was from his 'Breakdowns' book, and even though I had already read it, it was appropriate in the context ( Read more... )

Saw X-Men:Origins- Wolverine with The King, Bret, Elena, and Timmay (libaw timmay!)

Overall I liked it, but ( SPOILERS AT YOUR OWN RISK )

I needed some comic bags so I rolled up out to Barbarian around the time it was supposed to open.

However, it was closed at noon (supposed to be open), so I rambled about the area

Little Bits - baking shoppe

• Totally was looking for fun sprinkles, decorations, etc.
• Purchased a bag of goddamn DINOSAUR SPRINKLES
• Saw some other cool sprinkles, Dino candles

Last Saturday went and saw watchmen with
Katherine, Timmay, Bret, Elena, and Dan in Silver Spring woooooooooooooooooooooooo
a TERRIBLE day to watch a movie, but a great one to stroll~~~
Bret and I got pressed about "Public Enemies!"

Watchmen was very good, IMO

• Faithful to the source material
• Entertaining
• Brutal
