So here is how I make yogurt. Some people like using a crockpot; I prefer the stovetop because my pot won't crack in an ice bath, plus it's easier to clean.

Things you need:

• Big pot
• Thermometer -- I use an instant read thermometer, as I broke my candy thermometer

I made AB's Cocoa Brownies again (I was very proud; the last pan lasted a week). I had to make an adjustment to the recipe, though, because I only had 1 cup of cocoa, rather than the requisite 1.25 cups. (I was standing in the baking aisle today looking at the cocoa, too.) I have had my ass thoroughly kicked in the chicken pot pie race by my own beloved darkwolfie. My version is from the back of the Bisquick box -- undiluted cream of chicken soup, frozen veg, chunked up cooked chicken, Bisquick batter on top.
