I've always been really self concious and the fact i have a looming doctors appointment with a scale and everything tomorrow is frightening. I know I am getting heavier and I dont eat right and workout and i know its all flabby. So I woke up feeling disgusted- I'm going to go and get some workout dvds and I'm going by GNC today.
