When my mom was pregnant with me she worked on sewing a Christmas wall hanging project.  When I moved a few years ago she gave it to me, along with a note explaining how she was in the hospital a lot with me and had a lot of time to work on it, and all the nurses would come in and check on her progress and ask how the project was coming.  I hang it ( Read more... )

The mystery dinner we went to on Saturday night ended up being quite fun!

Had a pretty good weekend! Friday was my day off, during which I sat around and read for most of the day, then did a lot of cooking to get ready for the weekend. Saturday I worked, and except for that one kid that insulted me to my face, it wasn't a bad work day. Then I came home, and that's when the fun began.
