This was amazingly simple. Basically, boil some pasta of your choice. Buy a bag of frozen veggies of any variety you want. Mine had onions, mushrooms, green beans, carrots, asparagus, cauliflower, and yellow squash. Saute the veggies in a pan with a tiny bit of olive oil. When the pasta is done, mix the pasta, the veggies, and between .25 cup and .5 cup of Alfredo sauce (I used low fat and it tasted just as great). And you're done! :)
