I think I'm getting over my fear of colored denim. I recently bought two pairs of capri-length jeans in brushed denim. One is a pastel coral/peach color, and the other is butter yellow. I am seeing a whole lot of green again this year, which is good, because I have acquired quite a lot of it. But I have not seen the color combination that keeps calling to me, which is a bright pistachio green worn with a deep, clear red. I'm trying to get up my nerve to try it. Personally, I'm delighted if grey is "in", since it really suits me ... I look forward to mopping up at the January sales, bwahahahahah :)

Item: a friend gave me a pashmina-esque scarf (it's made from viscose, so not really a pashmina in the strictest sense). It's a very golden shade of yellow.
