Open my first bottle of my Vanilla mead yesterday...

Good! Very much vanilla, it is not sweet, but darn... I made 13 bottles, now 12. My wifes first comment was "Oh my god, this stuff is good" Her second comment was "You have to make a larger batch, much larger"

I guess I have my marching orders!
