Yesterday I pressed my Strawberry mead.
Wonderful color, much stronger strawberry flavor than the last batch...
Needs to sit for a couple of days, then I will rack it off the gross lees.
I have gotten my label making going strong. Seems like I have finally figured out the hang of the designs. I use pictures of flowers that I taken on all of my labels. I think they look pretty good.
