Case against NaughtyLotte
On June 27, 2009, christinex1001 reported a case from Fanfiction.net with a user by the name of NaughtyLotte plagiarizing her Phantom of the Opera story, No Return.
See this original post I contacted NaughtyLotte via FanFiction.net account and via email, but I have not received a reply.
The story had been taken down by the time I had approved this case but christinex1001 did take screen caps here and here which is a word for word copy from what I can see.
On NaughtyLotte's fanfiction site there was another story with her listed as the author but that had also been removed.
Given the information I have, I will be adding NaughtyLotte to the list of known plagiarists.
