Please be aware that during the next three weeks - approximately until August 5th - cases reported to us may be delayed in our queue before we will be available to work on them (therefor accept them for public viewing). This makes having sceencaps for cases even more vital than usual. There is a post here with the way I do it as well as advice from a member who's more tech savvy.
This is mainly due to an unusually high confluence of time consuming off-line happenings for several of our mods, including myself. For me, part of that time will be at Writercon. If you're coming, please say hello.
