Case against RoseT7100
On July 4th 2009 mlui187 reported that fanfiction.net user RoseT7100 story Time Travel had been copied MuggleNet.com user Soaps story Smells Like Sirius Black. (must be a user of MuggleNet.com to view) See the origional report here
Having reviewed both stories I found that RoseT7100 had copied Soaps story word for word.

Soap has confirmed that permission was not given for RoseT7100 to post the story to fanfiction.net
I have contacted RoseT7100 but have not recieved any reply.
Given the evidance RoseT7100 will be added the list of Known plagiarists.
