Either after Thanksgiving or after Christmas I'm going to attempt Mole sauce - from scratch.

Before Christmas I'm going to set up mincemeat.....from scratch and allow it to season for a few weeks. I have the perfect crust recipe (melts in your mouth like shortbread). So, we will see what we will see :-)

It has begun telling me, in no uncertain and very anti-social terms, that it doesn't care for meat anymore. Specifically beef. I don't tend to eat too much in the way of beef, but it is kind of a shame because I make a really wonderful beef stew which my daugher enjoys a lot.
