First off, all the recipes that I didn't get a chance to try out on my Uncle and his family, turned out just about perfectly for Thanksgiving with our friends.

Either after Thanksgiving or after Christmas I'm going to attempt Mole sauce - from scratch.

Before Christmas I'm going to set up mincemeat.....from scratch and allow it to season for a few weeks. I have the perfect crust recipe (melts in your mouth like shortbread). So, we will see what we will see :-)

*sigh*  Hubby loves to take pictures.  Getting him to actually give me the files is another task all together.

He has pics of my Disney princess pumpkins, his display, Lil miss B in her Tinkerbell costume (the one she wore to school) and just about everything else EXCEPT her in the Iris costume.
