In order to assist their neighbors, League of S.T.E.A.M., they created a global information network, the Worldwide Alliance for the Tracking of Creatures and Haunts. The Jr. League W.A.T.C.H. is a monster and paranormal entity prevention program which enlists the active participation of citizens to track supernatural threats worldwide.
