Sorry I’ve been so scarce. I purposely stayed away from the internet over the holiday weekend. I took my daughter to the zoo, watched some good movies, made/ate some great food, and read a book. Hope everyone is having a great Halloween weekend! Here are some pics of the zombie party. I think the makeup turned out great. I did the old toilet paper and glue, and went for the green and grey scale skin to make us look like we've been around for a while. I like the "several weeks rotting" look better then the fresh. :D

I wonder exactly where I got the idea that I would have more time to write during the summer. I’m still busy, and after about 8pm I’m so beat that the mere idea of wrapping my brain around a chapter of anything seems ridiculous. I have decided to discontinue Half Blood as a fanfiction. I've revamped it (yes, again) and changed it into an original. I think it works better. The story was too far removed from the Bleach storyline anyway. I mean really, the only thing that made it a fanfiction at all were the characters--sort of. Holy $#*!. Finals are over. Well, the written ones are anyway. I still have two actual finals, but one is just performing a short play, and the other is an interview with my Japanese teacher so... not so bad.
