I've started walking home from work this week. I change into gym-style clothes and power walk it. Rabbit thinks I should jog the whole way, but 1) it hurts my knees to jog, and 2) my backpack is kinda heavy so it's uncomfortable to do it. We'll see if I can progress from here, though. I'm still doing my routine with the balance ball and the 3 pound weights I've got, too; I run the circuit 2 times through and I think it's best to keep it that way since I took a two week break because of everything happening on the family front.
I've also cut back a bit on sweets and food in general. Breakfast is usually a peanut butter sammich, then lunch and dinner include protein and veggies and maybe some fruit or berries, depending. I'm not gorging which is good, so I don't think I've gained any weight despite the lack of exercise. Slow and steady. Just got 164 days left to keep myself in check, then the rest of my life to maintain good habits. Here goes nothing.
