I've started walking home from work this week. I change into gym-style clothes and power walk it. Rabbit thinks I should jog the whole way, but 1) it hurts my knees to jog, and 2) my backpack is kinda heavy so it's uncomfortable to do it. We'll see if I can progress from here, though. I'm pleased to report that I have only splurged two times in the last two days. Considering I was eating sugar at every meal (and every time in between) I think that's quite good. Helped mom this weekend. It's hard seeing her leaving the house I grew up in. However, I'm trying to remain positive. This is a new chapter in everyone's life.
