Hi I read this story a long time ago.  I think it starts when Dean was in New Orleans before he goes to get Sam at Standard he meets a guy at a plantation that he goes to for a case.  I think the guy lives with his sister.  They get involved and when Sam goes into the pit Dean goes to him and not to Lisa.  Thanks.
