Jessica called me again this morning, which was a nice surprise. I would have expected to hear from Phillip again before hearing from her, but it was cool to talk to her, even though I only had like 10 minutes. Today's been somewhat boring. We left at like 4:30 and drove up to Santa Clara. We're staying in a motel that's kinda crappy, and we're on the 2nd floor and there's not even an elevator... that's no good for my mom. Hopefully tomorrow we'll be switching rooms to the bottom floor ( Read more... )

I want today to be OVER already! I've been bored and killing time all day, and I'm antsy to talk to Phillip and get all the rest of my trip details worked out, and none of that will happen till tomorrow! Grr. At least I have my sis online to distract me and entertain me some. ^_^

Well, I made a list today of things I need to pack, but I'm hesitant to start packing because of the two things that really need to be taken care of before I even know for sure that I'm going on this trip. So I went and made most of my poetry entries public now. Not sure who will really look at them anyway, but I'd like to share my poetry with more people, so there they are for anyone to look at and comment on if they want.
