FYI: Not all propane BBQ grills can be easily converted for natural gas.  Some grills don't even have conversion kits at all, so you have to take the whole damn thing back to where you bought it to get your money back.

I hate Sears now.

Rumors of my having grilled meats are greatly exaggerated.

I now live in  a house.  It is very odd, there is so much room. Last night, I watched South Park in the living room while The Wife lay down in the bedroom reading Storage magazine.  We couldn't hear each other because we were on different floors!

So, when you buy a house you make an offer. The seller counter-offers and you go back and forth until you have an agreement.

You then have the house inspected...you then re-negotiate your offer based on what the inspector says is wrong with the house.
