It's been nearly 6 years since I last modded a journal-based RPG, and suddenly I'm the sole mod remaining in a Glee game over on IJ. Okay, so I'm a bit perplexed about all the hype that went into this episode being the BEST EVAR!!11! -- but I did enjoy parts of it. Parts of it made me cringe, too, but that's to be expected.

I didn't do an episode recap of the Glee season premiere, but I actually made an attempt at this week's episode, mostly because I don't know what to think about it yet. On the one hand, I've had to really think about this one, which I suppose is a good sign, but on the other -- OWWW. So forewarned: there be babbling within.

Okay, so I got to go see the Glee Live 3D movie last night at midnight. With my mother. Which was an interesting experience, to say the least. (My mother is an unapologetic Blaine fangirl at age 58, incidentally, so it's sometimes very funny to watch her reactions to things like the Mini-Warbler, XD)

I am as surprised as anyone at how much I actually enjoyed this week's Glee, considering it was an Ian Brennan ep and his eps make me nervous. Again, not my favorite -- but overall my reactions were fairly positive.

I neither loved nor hated last night's Glee. As I told chasingkerouac on rewatch, it was no SLS or Furt for me, but it wasn't BIOTA either, and that's always a plus, heh.
