Between being depressed and feeling so much shame, I don't know what to do with myself.

Today was a fun day. Well, mostly.

I spent the day with HK and her family- that was a blast. I'm happy that I'm slowly starting to shirk the unease that usually plagues me when I'm in the presence of families- especially such close families. Between fighting with my mother, disappointments with friends and guys... I'm emotionally spent. It doesn't help that I have "relative" drama in Mississippi. I worked out with a personal trainer on Friday. It killed me. I ran on Saturday. All in all, I was disappointed with myself. I'm headed back to the gym tomorrow, today was my day "off".
