it's a virus. Woke up this morning still feeling like I have - pure crap (no pun)! Decided that I would go to an urgent care and see if they could slow, abate, cure me...but of course no. I think I am the mend, but not to the point of wanting to venture out from home. I am finally able to eat a bit of food and not have to dash to the loo. I have one heck of a bug. Fever, achy bones, food goes in one end (okay the yogurt I ate) and comes out the other, headache.... Styed home today and will probably stay home tomorrow too, but you know what? Aches and pains and such are nothing compared to what the families are having to deal with after the tornadoes.

This is the last of my long weekends until MLK day. G and I had high hopes of getting out and about and perhaps getting over to the coast - but the weather has been just bad enough we didn't want to chance it. Okay that and the fact that I have one humdinger of a sinus cold ( Read more... )
