yaaay. my meds are losing their effect. i'm growing tolerance for my meth adderall. but it's wierd... more meth means i can get some focus, but also there is so much a.d.d. symptoms coming back that i recognize as add after the fact. and now i think i'm starting to tweak a little. :( which means i'm not sleeping well. :( ugh.

Today is better. Perhaps the 2-2-2 thing is the way to go with my meds. :)  Busy as all getout at work still... but hammering through it to get caught back up.

so fncking ADD today. :( Yesterday, it was pretty bad... forgot to take meds, loss of physical ocordination. Today, it's worse. :( Dropped my ADD pills this morning. 100+ pills on the floor. i started crying and sat down picking them up to put back in the bottle. finally died last nite at 6am today. :P Granted, there was some play, but wtf this shit has got to stop.

Last nite's sk8ing was so good for me. i got to hang out with my "new" friends*, do something new and different (skating), and exercise. All of these are good food for my brain... and afterwards, i felt better than i have for weeks.
