My day started with a quiet night's work at the hotel, reading stories for the online competition I'm helping out with. It was fairly peaceful, and I didn't mind working on my birthday, especially since I was looking forward to three days off. Unfortunately my luck ran out on the drive home. I had a pretty awesome day today. I finally got to hit that awesome used book store in Nashville and spend as long as I wanted to browsing the shelves. I spent just over $100, but I am 12 books richer, so I won't complain. I found a pirate history book while I was there, so I called elanya and asked her if she wanted it. I spent most of yesterday and today making spanakopita, and this afternoon making greek chicken and tzatziki (or however the hell you spell it). This evening KCB, CM and libgirl joined me and KAR.
