Went overboard and made a whole bunch of chocolate date balls over the weekend. They were so damn bloody tasty, and so easy to make. I don't know why I pay $5 a pop for the Blue Dinosaur versions when I can make these tiny bite sized goodness myself. Forced a run today. 6.1km in approximately 40 minutes. I knew I didn't hit 7km like I wanted to, but took comfort in the fact that I managed to do a relatively comfortably quick run.
