Ohmygosh, this was such a stirring, heart rending movie! Any Day Now stars Alan Cumming who is marvelous in this film. There is also a very small part played by Michael Nouri of Flashdance fame. I needed somewhere to take my whacked self yesterday. I made it out of the house and miraculously made a call and got an invitation to come on over. Loving presence of grounded women, hydration, time outside (at least until it got too cold), a little warm veggie lasagne, lots of laughter, meaningful conversation, comfy chairs...
