• Brandon and I hosted our very first party at our newly moved in condo. We were surrounded by close friends and family; it was understated and just what we needed.
• Celebrated yet another 1 year anniversary with Brandon.
• Was inspired to start a list of things I want to do before I die.

2007 'important' moments...A year in review
January

• New Years with Nydia, Julie and various friends. I got quite tipsy and kept apologizing for being such a lush.
• Went to my co-worker's baby shower
• Mom turned 50
• Visited San Diego; my grandfather was in the hospital
• Kayla, my co-worked had a cool going away party which I attended 

So. I'm not much into the holiday spirit and all this year (I thought I'd cry this morning) but, working in retail, I hear a good amount of holiday music. I've been thinking about my top ten Christmas songs...they go a little something like this ( Read more... )

• New Year's Day is a blast with Jerry's Famous deli in the afternoon with the LA kids, and cookie making in the evening
• Roscoe's Chicken and waffles with Nick, Rachel, Stacy,and Mike/ kick back at Brandon's
• Party hardy Scrabble style with Nick, Nina, Stacy, Brandon, and Kire.
• Lost my cell phone and got a new one.

Christmas Eve:

• Went to work for a half day. Came home, ate yum-yums, and went to a very special Christmas Eve service at our church.
• A very good friend of ours/ member of our church, who just so happens to be on his road to recovery from leukemia, got up with his wife and daughter, to do the advent wreath. The whole place gave him a standing ( Read more... )
