So I finally got around to seeing the Les Misérables movie yesterday. Unlike apparently everyone in the world, I have not been a giant fan of the musical for years, and was only vaguely familiar with the plot. (Me: "France. After Napoleon. As many of you are no doubt aware, the weather is disgusting. Disgusting, I tell you. And it is supposed to be insanely hot for, as far as I can tell, forever.
