So if you're a Marvel Comics fan of any stripe, you're probably aware that Marvel has a longtime history of publishing what they call "prose novels" and what literally any other publisher would just call "novels." I don't really have a whole lot to say but I suppose I will use a cut-tag anyway. If you have not seen this yet and you want to, I will say that you should stay through the credits for sure -- there's a mid-credits scene and and an end-credits scene.

We have now been to see the Christopher Robin movie, which is basically Christopher Robin magical-realism RPF about him learning how to be happy again. Lysimache keeps comparing it to Mary Poppins but I have never seen Mary Poppins. Anyway, it has Ewan McGregor as Christopher Robin and Hayley Atwell as his wife, so it is probably relevant to fandom ( Read more... )
