Okay this is a problem I've had for pretty much as long as I've had Ambitions. Generally this happens when I move my families to new neighborhoods and their inventory goes boom. I'm currently playing a level 10 firefighter and she got an emergency call to a large house fire in an apartment building. She was supposed to put out the fire, which she did, and save 4 trapped sims. She managed to save 1, who happened to be outside, but the other 3 seem to be inside the inaccessible apartments. Has anyone had their Sim not be able to go to work? My one sim was in the criminal career and she couldn't get in the building. She had the little panic/can't get to it thing pop up and that was that. Her work performance was plummeting like crazy and there was nothing I could do. One of my Sims is in the Criminal career track, and since she got promoted to Evil Sidekick, her relationship with her boss is a factor in her job performance. I looked and it said that it was "bad", which i found odd as they were best friends.  I'm really starting to loath playing females in my game. I can't get them up their career fast enough because they have to take maternity leave.
