Thanks to everyone who wished me happy birthday! I've been enjoying the day so far, which has so far involved cake, cherries and people actually knowing about it (unlike last year, when I felt too awkward to tell anyone in Oxford that it was my birthday). I'm going out for a meal tonight, yay!

Thanks to everyone who sent me birthday wishes on Tuesday. I had a nice day which involved intermittent chocolate cheesecake. I decided not to do anything in particular to celebrate this year since I still haven't entirely recovered from celebrating my last two birthdays on climbing trips. ( Note to self )

I'm going climbing in an hour - keeping my fingers crossed for good weather. 
I'm suprised that I've managed to post so much this week.  I'll have to try and keep it up.

I had the best weekend climbing - for once it didn't rain for the entire time.  I even managed a couple of sport leads which was good.  Next time I want to try something a bit harder but it really reminded me why I love climbing outdoors ( Read more... )
