So on Friday, I woke up at 11:00 AM. I went to bed on Satuday morning at 3:00 AM, then woke up at 5:00 AM and went to work. After work, I napped from 4:00 to 8:00, then read, then went to bed around 11:00 and woke up around 4:00 AM. When I say that I'm in the mood for Chinese food, what I typically mean is: I want veggie spring rolls. They serve them at every Chinese-American restaurant I've encountered. Today is my first day off in weeks. I woke up at 10:30 (about an hour and a half later than I had hoped). I haven't even gotten out of bed yet. I'm stuck in a logic loop. I want to make pancakes, but my dad stuck the excess creamer in the milk, so it's this sickly-sweet, nasty stuff. It would ruin the pancakes. But I really want pancakes.

So I made pizza last night with this recipe, although I didn't put yeast in it, so I didn't have it sit. I also halved it. I kept the salt and the sugar in there though. Also I didn't grease the pan and so the pizza stuck to the bottom of the pan. But you know what? It was pretty good. I'll have to try it again, with grease on the baking ( Read more... )
