Another 2015 resolution I've just decided upon: Spending at least 30 minutes a day on language study.  I want to dust off my French, pick Russian back up where I left off, and also learn some German and Italian.  Maybe Gaelic as well.  I would also love to find a decent Ukrainian course, either in print or online, but that's proving difficult ( Read more... )

I'm so very tired.  The holidays have done a number on my sleep cycle.  I've been doing my utmost to get at least eight hours per night, so that my body and mind are well-rested for work.  But this whole "days off in the middle of the week" thing has completely confused my brain ( Read more... )

All throughout high school and undergrad, I had Teh Stack of Books.  Now I have Teh Stack of TV series.
