Had to get up early yesterday to go to the dentist. I was a little upset because I fell asleep in the chair, meaning I did not get to enjoy the nice calm serenity I feel at the dentist. My stepmom works in the ER and I can't get this out of my brain now. Yesterday she said they got a patient in who was a gang member (and drug dealer) who had been shot in the neck during a gang war (he was shooting at the other side as well). Cavities are not that bad. He gave me *three* shots (I could only feel the first one), and my mouth is still really numb on the whole left side--it hurts to open it, but other than that I can't feel a thing.

I wish this didn't have to be a complaining post, because I'm really not in a bad mood, but my dental experience sucked ( Read more... )
