Lisa's Summer of Funness: 7/7/08
Had to get up early yesterday to go to the dentist. I was a little upset because I fell asleep in the chair, meaning I did not get to enjoy the nice calm serenity I feel at the dentist. I am not sure why I am such a teeth cleaning addict. I keep telling myself it is a minimum of $100 spent every six months that I suppose really isn't necessary since no one else I know goes to the dentist regularly, but I honestly enjoy going there. $98+had to make an appointment for two weeks because a.) one tooth whose composite has already fallen off twice has fallen off again and is apparently going to keep falling off (I am going to have to ask him about this...it's been $40-60 both times and I can't afford to keep paying that every few months) and b.) one of my deformed teeth in the back with a ridge in it is developing a very small cavity along the ridge and needs composite on it.
I then came home, lazed around a lot, went to work from 3pm-close. Nice enough for a new release night...I organized all the stuff coming out extremely well so that it only took 10 minutes to put everything out (admittedly we didn't have much to put out to begin with), but we were moderately busy as far as customers go. It was nice to work with Jamesy because I haven't worked with him in a while. I got a free Batman: Gotham Knight poster (I'm probably actually not going to sell this on eBay..go me!) and also HAARP (Muse's recent live CD/DVD release).People Hung Out With: Jeff (work), Jamesy (work)
