The rain held off yesterday, so I went for a bike ride. Ended up going further than I anticipated. I'd pick a spot, then another spot, and the next thing I knew I'd biked up and down the lakefront. Exhausted by the time I got home ( Read more... )

Nightmares again last night, but I slept better overall. Woke up feeling a lot better. The cable was out so I listened to the Chelsea on my phone. They won, but have to play City next, so that's the end of the FA Cup for this season...

Well, today was...interesting. Not only did the president airlifted to the hospital, but the Cubs are out of the playoffs. I'd call that a pretty fucking good day.

I also went on a long ride in the woods, and cooked a pork roast.
