And just like that...I got a vaccine appointment! About 30 minutes ago my phone blew up telling me a bunch of appointments were coming open. So, I went on to a bunch of new websites, frantically pounded the keyboard until it told me what I wanted to hear! Yay! I got an appointment for next week! What a pain in the ass! Took a ride up to Glencoe. I took the Green Bay Trail. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 40 miles or so there and back? it's almost fall, and it was cool enough to warrant a jacket when I left. As predicted, far less people on the trails this time. There were times I went miles without seeing anyone...and it was fantastic!

Say what you want, but I believe in luck. There's the luck you make, and the luck you find. And when your luck goes bad, real bad, you're on a run of bad luck, don't fight it.
