Went to the chiropractor and found out that the back pains I have been having are from serving and carrying heavy dishes in my left hand for 3 years. yay.  I have 3 misaligned ribs to the left of my spine. the weird thing is that you can feel them when you run your hand down my back. but it hurts like hell.
