Yay early night off
I had an ok night last night, got off work early because I got sent home from work for my bad attitude. nice. and expected. but the funny thing is that not even 2 minutes after Dave (the manager that sent me home) cut me and said I was leaving at like, 10:00 -I was supposed to close and stay till 2:00- I had a table tell me I was the nicest and most polite server they have ever had. ha! so I had to ask them to tell that to my manager. they decided to seek him out on their way out and the whole time they were talking to him he was giving me the worst looks. good thing his last day is on Friday, he was getting on my nerves. sad thing is I could get him fired in a second, what with his choice in women. shall we say, not only co-workers, but minors? hmmmm...
anyway, he sent me home because I made a mistake on the computer and the kitchen had some questions, which is understandable- English is not their first language. so we straightened it out and as I was putting the food together, Dave came up and was trying to get me to run the food quickly and see what the problem was. well I had already fixed it, and was just putting it together and he was shoving unfinished food in my face screaming at me to run it. well I'm not about to run some fucked up food to these nice people. so I told him no, its not ready yet. we got into a little argument and when I came back from running the food (after I fixed it so it would go out correctly) he says I'm cut, to get my sidework done and go home. I told him not to joke because I WILL leave. he said fine, go home. so I got my shit done and left. hopefully I won't have to work with him again, don't want to deal with the crap. anyway, wanted to make a quickie post before I went swimming, hope the pool water is warm! peace out.
