People kept poking fun at me because I was referring to The Rookie as my first triathlon of the year. But that's how it feels. An Ironman feels like the end of the training season, and so when I started training again after New Zealand, it felt like a new beginning. And a sprint triathlon is a whole different beast from an Ironman.
