Today my mom called me and i cried over the phone to her about what a fucking failure i am while i drank a big bottle'o'whiskey. what a big fat cliche.i'm also waiting for a phone call that will probably never come.

packing up my boxes preparing to leave is more like unwrapping birthday presents. finding sentimetality in simple things and surprise! i cared a lot more about this place and this year and this life than i thought that i did. but this is obvious.

Logan called tonight, and all was well between us. We spoke for several hours of our passions for people, conversations, interactions, about the lifestyles we've led and want to lead, lamented the destruction of others, and mused about radical teachings and petty thefts.
