Anyone want to help me plan my hypothetical future?

I got marked down on an assignment for not including my teaching context. Since I don't have a teaching context, I need to make one up. This is proving to be rather disorienting for me.

But I desperately need the points in the class.

My program sponsors this event every semester at the community centre, where parents of ESL children can come learn about how they can help their children succeed. They call it a "Family Literacy Night" and they've actually gotten grants to do it. They offer the parents who attend a small gift and a stipend of a sort.
