* I put more references into EndNote tonight, to make the citations/bibliography easy (or easier) to insert when the time comes. So far I'm up to about 100, and I'm nowhere near done. You know what's not pretty? Gastro. Not pretty at all. Had to leave work after only having been there for 2 hours yesterday. My wonderful mum picked me up, and drove me to my parents' place, where she spent the day looking after me- making mke soup and tea, trying to get me to drink lots of fluids, and watching movies with me (my mum rules!). Urgh. My perma-cold took a turn for the worse last night. ( cut for whinge )

Thin slices of smoked salmon, topped with fresh lettuce, on top of Philly on Helga's Sunflower Oat and Honey bread, eaten together with ripe cherry tomoatoes, washed down with a big glass of cold, fresh soy milk and followed by apricot and coconut bites is simply the best lunch ever.
