Two exercises done on vacation:

The easiest exercise to do on any vacation is jump rope! Just grab a jump rope and off you go. Jumping rope burns massive calories and will get your heart rate up there to fat burning zone--plus how can it NOT make you feel like a little kid? :)

The second exercise I think would be easy to do on vacation is to power walk. Let's face it, most people go "sight-seeing" on vacation, right? Well get your boot-ay in gear and add some power to those steps. Do your sight-seeing and window shopping at the normal leisurely pace but power walk back to the hotel or wherever you are staying! Even if you are pushing a stroller, you'll get an amazing workout (and believe me, the kid(s) will love it!).

I'm working on part one....I'm determined to down 4 bottles of water a day. My bottles are approximately 18 oz. when filled to the tip-top so if I get 4 in a day, it'll be 72 oz. I know my body needs it too...I want to cut out my dependancy on diet soda so this will help.
