Hmm...two exercises you could do while on vacation...

I pretty much do the same thing I would do over here. I pick a place I want to run to, and find directions there on mapquest through neighborhoods and stuff. When I am in a new place, I bring a friend along and just go running to explore, if I don't have anywhere special to go. That is normally how I map out a new place. Just bring a cell phone and someone along :)

Do situps and pushups in a park. If you run past a playground, find monkey bars to do pullups on. I know these aren't really creative ideas, but they are the most basic. I like simple things.

Tomorrow I am going sailing around New England for 2 weeks...we'll be pulling in to port every night, but I plan on going running every evening. I'm so excited. It's like a road trip on the water :) We stocked up tonight on food...my goal is to be 115 by the time the sailing trip is over. I weighed myself a couple of days ago, and I was 117.5. I was really happy, because I thought I would be a lot more. I don't know. I know I can do it though. I ate kinda bad today after lunch...I think stress makes me feel like I have to eat a lot. I don't know what is up with that. But otherwise I've been doing good...and I know I can make it further too. Small goals... Yup. So 115 by 27 May. YEAH :) Hold me to that. Night ladies. I've got to wait up for my laundry to dry before I get to bed. Grr.
