Alright....here it is (one day early, as promised)....YOUR WEEKLY CHALLENGE!!!
PART ONE:
DRINK WATER. Lots and lots and LOTS of water. Can you drink 64 oz. every day this week? (I used to drink tons of water, but have slipped over the last few years). This is going to be a bit of a challenge for me this week...but, I'm going to attempt to do it.
PART TWO:
Due to the fact that I am out-of-town/out-of-state this week on vacation, I want everyone to come up with 2 exercises that you can do while on vacation!
