The cat ate a thick rubber band off my mom's bedside table. He thought he was being stealthy about it until we heard things falling from the table onto the floor. I bought a floppy straw hat. I wasn't planning on it, but as it's extremely difficult to find hats that fit properly and look fetching, I had to jump on it when I saw it. For instance, while I adore fedoras, they just don't look right on me, so I can never buy one. :-( But at least I have a floppy straw hat. ;-)
