I think that Joseph (boy in Kelly's band) is finally passing. Amanda's been tutoring him in both Spanish and Math nonstop to get his grades to passing. This is good news because I believe that the percussion ensemble competes, what, next weekend? I "chaperoned" (or helped to chaperone, supposedly) my sister's band trip yesterday. About a dozen or so of them went to watch the area marching band competition in Birdville. There were quite a few very good shows there, but then, several other shows SUCKED. And all the really bad ones... were Pirates of the Caribbean music. I will never buy ( Read more... )
